Common use of Segregated Clause in Contracts

The Construction Parcel and any Release Parcel shall be segregated on the tax roll and assessed separately from the unreleased portion of the Development Parcel or a reasonably and mutually satisfactory agreement reached between Borrower and Bank as to the proration of the taxes until such segregation occurs.
