Segregated Inventory Clause Samples

A Segregated Inventory clause requires that certain assets or goods be kept physically or operationally separate from other inventory. In practice, this means that a party must store, label, or otherwise distinguish the specified items so they are not mixed with similar items owned by others or used for different purposes. This clause ensures that the designated inventory can be easily identified and accounted for, reducing the risk of loss, confusion, or disputes over ownership.
