Common use of Segregated Funds Clause in Contracts

Segregated Funds. ICCR agrees to create and maintain segregated funds to provide for its obligations, pursuant to this Agreement and prior Agreements and assumed hereunder, for severance pay, accumulated vacation and the Health Insurance Program for Retirees ("HIPR"). ICCR will spend these funds only for these purposes. The Union will have access to the accounting of these funds.
