Common use of Securityholders’ Lists Clause in Contracts

Securityholders’ Lists. The Issuer shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders of the Securities (a) semiannually not more than 15 days after each record date for the payment of semi-annual interest on the Securities, as of such record date and (b) at other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished.

Securityholders’ Lists. The If and so long as the Trustee shall not be the Registrar, the Issuer shall will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee a list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of the Holders holders of the Securities (a) semiannually semi-annually not more than 15 days one day after each record date for the payment of semi-annual interest on the SecuritiesInterest Record Date, as of such record date Interest Record Date, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may reasonably request in writing, within thirty days after receipt by the Issuer of any such request as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such information is furnished.
