Common use of Securityholders’ Lists Clause in Contracts

Securityholders’ Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee: (a) on each regular record date for each series of Securities, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Securityholders of such series of Securities as of such record date (and on dates to be determined pursuant to Section 2.03 for non-interest bearing securities in each year); and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; except that no such lists need be furnished under this Section 4.01 so long as the Trustee is in possession thereof by reason of its acting as Security registrar for such series.

Securityholders’ Lists. The Company covenants and agrees that it will furnish or cause caused to be furnished to the Trustee: (a) on each regular record date for each series of Debt Securities, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Securityholders of such series of Debt Securities as of such record date (and on dates to be determined pursuant to Section 2.03 for non-interest bearing securities in each year); and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; except that no such lists need be furnished under this Section 4.01 so long as the Trustee is in possession thereof by reason of its acting as Debt Security registrar for such series.

The Company covenants Companies covenant and agrees agree that it they will furnish or cause to be furnished to the TrusteeTrustee with respect to the Securities of each series: (a) on semi-annually, within 15 days after each regular record date for each series of SecuritiesRecord Date, but in any event not less frequently than semi-annually, a list, list in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, require of the names and addresses of the Securityholders of such series Holders of Securities to which such Record Date applies, as of such record date (and on dates to be determined pursuant to Section 2.03 for non-interest bearing securities in each year); Record Date, and (b) at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, within 30 days after the receipt by the Company Companies of any such request, a list of similar form and content as of a date not more than 15 days prior to the time such list is furnished; except provided, however, that no such lists need be furnished under this Section 4.01 so long as the Trustee is in possession thereof by reason of its acting as Security registrar for shall be the Registrar, such serieslists shall not be required to be furnished.
