Common use of Securityholders Agreement Clause in Contracts

Securityholders Agreement. To the extent that units or other equity securities of any Subsidiary are distributed to any Unitholders and unless otherwise agreed to by the Manager, such Unitholders hereby agree to enter into a securityholders agreement with such Subsidiary and each other Unitholder which contains rights and restrictions in form and substance similar to the provisions and restrictions set forth herein (including in Article VIII).

Securityholders Agreement. To the extent that units Units or other equity securities Equity Securities of any Subsidiary are distributed to any Unitholders and unless otherwise agreed to by the ManagerBoard, such Unitholders hereby agree to enter into a securityholders agreement with such Subsidiary and each other Unitholder which contains rights and restrictions in form and substance similar to the provisions and restrictions set forth herein (including in Article VIII).

Securityholders Agreement.
