Common use of Securityholder Lists Clause in Contracts

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities.

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section § 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities.

The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities issued in fully registered form and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section ss. 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of SecuritiesSecurities issued in fully registered form.

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten days five Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, list of the names and addresses of Securityholders in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names require and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securitiesotherwise comply with TIA Section 312.

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section § 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish furnish, or shall cause the Registrar to furnish, to the Trustee at least ten days before each interest payment date date, but in any event at least once every six months, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities.

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities and the Trustee shall otherwise comply with TIA Section § 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee Trustee, in writing at least ten days five Business Days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing writing, a list, list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, require of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securitiesand the Company shall otherwise comply with TIA § 312(a).

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities Holders and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten days Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, require of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of SecuritiesHolders, which list may be conclusively relied upon by the Trustee.

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section § 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, to the Trustee at least ten days five Business Days before each interest payment date date, but in any event not less frequently than semi-annually, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities.

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities Holders and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section (S) 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten days Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, require of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of SecuritiesHolders, which list may be conclusively relied upon by the Trustee.

The Trustee Trustee, as Registrar, shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders Holders of each Series of the Securities and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section section 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee Trustee, in writing, at least ten days five Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders Holders of each Series of the Securities.

If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee Trustee, in writing, at least ten days five Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders Holders of each Series of Securities.

If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten days 14 Business Days before each interest payment date (and in all events at intervals of not more than six months) and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, require of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of SecuritiesSecurityholders. The Company and the Trustee shall otherwise comply with TIA Section 312(a).

Section 2.7.

If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten (10) days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing within thirty (30) days after the receipt by the Company of any such request, a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities.

Securityholder Lists. The Trustee Registrar shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities and shall otherwise comply with TIA Section 312(a). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee at least ten days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of Securityholders of each Series of Securities.
