Common use of Securityholder Approval Clause in Contracts

Securityholder Approval. (a) The Arrangement shall have been duly approved by the Required Company Securityholder Vote. (b) The Arrangement shall have been duly approved by the Required Company Securityholder Vote in accordance with any conditions in addition to those set forth in Section 7.3(a) which may be imposed by the Interim Order and which are satisfactory to the Company, acting reasonably.
