Security Test Requirement. A security assessment will be conducted on the solution once it is ready for test/deployment. The Supplier agrees to have a security test (typically a penetration test) conducted by Roche (or any third parties designated by Roche), and to address all critical and major issues as documented in the security test report to Roche's satisfaction, as determined at Roche's sole discretion before Roche productive data is uploaded into the solution and/or solution is deployed in production.
