Security Survey Sample Clauses
Security Survey. During the term of this Attachment, Business Associate may be asked to complete a security survey and/or attestation document designed to assist Cisco in understanding and documenting Business Associate’s security procedures and compliance with the requirements contained herein. Busi- ness Associate’s failure to complete either of these documents within the reasonable timeframe specified by Cisco shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
