Common use of Security Principles Clause in Contracts

Security Principles. In order to be admitted to participate in the CBeHIS according to the process defined under Clause III.1.2.1 of this Agreement, each Contracting Party shall ensure the compliance of its NCPeH with the principles of data protection by design and by default, the requirements for confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, availability, non-repudiation, encryption and other means of data security and control measures in compliance with Regulation 2014/910/EU and Regulation 2016/679/EU, taking into account the relevant processes and criteria defined in the documents that are referred to in the Annex.
