Security Mitigation and Remediation. Involta shall take commercially reasonable steps within its control to promptly remedy any Security Incident and prevent any further damage from occurring as a result of any Security Incident at Involta’s expense in accordance with applicable privacy rights, laws, regulations and standards. Involta shall reimburse Client for actual costs incurred by Client in responding to, and mitigating damages, caused by any Involta-sourced Security Incident, including all cost of notice and/or remediation. In the event of any Security Incident, Involta shall promptly use its reasonable efforts to prevent a recurrence of any such Security Incident.
