Common use of Security Liaison Clause in Contracts

Security Liaison. Metro shall designate a high ranking law enforcement officer (or officers) to plan and supervise all such security services, to serve as liaison to the Host Committee, the RNC, and CCA personnel, to cooperate with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (and its subsidiary divisions and agencies, including the U.S. Secret Service) and such other federal, state and local law enforcement and emergency services agencies as may be involved in developing and implementing the Security Plan, and to coordinate with such security personnel as the Host Committee or the RNC may designate within and without the Convention Complex. The Metro-designated officer (or officers) shall be available on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week, by cellular telephone, beginning on February 15, 2024.
