Common use of Security Holder Lists Clause in Contracts

Security Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders of Securities of each series. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee semiannually on or before the last day of June and December in each year, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list, in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require, containing all the information in the possession or control of the Registrar, the Company or any of its Paying Agents other than the Trustee as to the names and addresses of Holders of Securities of each such series. If there are Bearer Securities of any series Outstanding, even if the Trustee is the Registrar, the Company shall furnish to the Trustee such a list containing such information with respect to Holders of such Bearer Securities only.
