Common use of Security for Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIES").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations Borrower's obligations and liabilities under the Loan and Security Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with the Loan and Security Agreement and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations Borrower's obligations and liabilities under the Loan Agreement and the Loan Documents and (ii) the each Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor described in (i) and the Borrower (ii) above and now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to collectively as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (iI) all of the Obligations Obligations; and (iib) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing foregoing being hereinafter referred to herein collectively as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations Borrower's obligations and liabilities under the Indenture and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with the Indenture and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (ia) all amounts of indebtedness of the Obligations Pledgor to the Company under the Promissory Note and all of the Pledgor's obligations thereunder and (iib) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under the Loan Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with the Loan Agreement and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under the Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) AAF's obligations and liabilities under the Obligations Indenture and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with the Indenture and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower or AAF now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt and complete payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Agreement and each agreementall Obligations, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (including, without limitation, all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor hereunder, and the Borrower Borrowers and Guarantors under the Note, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents (the Obligations, including all obligations and liabilities of Pledgor hereunder now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to collectively as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the all Obligations and (ii) all obligations of the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities Pledgors under this Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (all such obligations referred to in clauses (i) and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower (ii) now or hereafter existing being hereinafter collectively referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under the Indenture and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with the Indenture and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance payment of (i) all of the Obligations (as defined in the Credit Agreement) to the Administrative Agent and (ii) the Pledgor's other Lenders, whether for principal, interest, fees, expenses or otherwise, and all obligations and liabilities under this Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing under this Agreement (the Obligations under the Credit Agreement and all obligations of the Pledgor now or hereafter existing under this Agreement being hereinafter referred to herein as the "LIABILITIES"“Liabilities”).

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed by the Pledgor pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIES").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Secured Obligations and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower Subsidiaries now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the all Obligations and (ii) all obligations of the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities Pledgor under this Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (all such obligations referred to in clauses (i) and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower (ii) now or hereafter existing being hereinafter collectively referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations under the Loan Agreement, the Notes and the other Financing Documents and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor described in clauses (i) and the Borrower (ii) whether now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the prompt payment, performance and observance of (i) the Obligations Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under the Notes, the Stock Purchase Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with the Stock Purchase Agreement and (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing being hereinafter referred to as the "LIABILITIESLiabilities").
