Common use of Security Entitlements and Securities Accounts Clause in Contracts

Security Entitlements and Securities Accounts. With respect to any Collateral consisting of a security entitlement or a securities account, such Pledgor shall, and shall cause the applicable securities intermediary, to enter into an agreement with, and in form and substance acceptable to, the Pledgee, granting control to the Pledgee over such Collateral.
