Security During Construction. Tenant is a financial institution, and completion of the work contemplated in this SETIA will necessarily raise issues of access to and security of Tenant’s premises. Tenant acknowledges that construction activities and conditions will create varying and increased risks of security. Tenant shall have sole responsibility for taking any measures it deems appropriate to increase its security at its sole cost; Landlord shall cooperate in Tenant’s efforts to assure security to the extent permitted by construction activities.
