Common use of Security Devices Clause in Contracts

Security Devices. Licensee, at its own expense, may provide any legal devices or equipment and the installation thereof, designated for the purpose of protecting the licensed premises from theft, burglary or vandalism, provided written approval for installation thereof is first obtained from the Director.

Security Devices. Licensee, at its own expense, Licensee may provide any legal devices devices, installations, or equipment and the installation thereof, designated designed for the purpose of protecting the licensed premises Licensed Premises from theft, burglary or vandalism, provided written approval for installation thereof is first obtained from the DirectorLicensor. All purchases and installations thereof shall be at Licensee’s expense.
