Common use of Security Devices Clause in Contracts

Security Devices. Resident acknowledges and agrees that Landlord is NOT obligated to furnish security personnel, security lighting, security gates or fences, or other forms of security (collectively, “Security Services”) and, in the event and to the extent Landlord furnishes any such Security Services, Landlord can, at its sole and absolute discretion discontinue any of such items provided at any time without notice.
