Supplement to NEC3 TSC clause 91 91.10 The Employer may by notice in writing to the Service Manager terminate the Contractor’s obligation to Provide the Service if the Employer has any reasonable security concern in respect of the Contractor, whereupon the Service Manager promptly issues a termination certificate to both Parties and the provisions of NEC3 TSC clause 90.2 apply to the termination as though the termination had been in respect of reason R11.
