Security Clearance Liability Sample Clauses
The Security Clearance Liability clause defines the responsibilities and potential liabilities of parties regarding the handling and maintenance of required security clearances. It typically outlines which party is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and protecting security clearances for personnel involved in sensitive projects, and may specify consequences if clearances are lost or compromised. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and the risks associated with security clearance issues, thereby minimizing disruptions to project work and clarifying liability in the event of a breach.
