Security by Owner Sample Clauses
Security by Owner. During the Initial Term of this Agreement, and any Term Extension, if applicable, Owner shall provide and maintain with the Energy Manager the security in accordance with Exhibit F and in an amount specified as the Performance Assurance for Party B in the Collateral Annex. The foregoing notwithstanding, Owner shall post such additional security as may be required from time-to-time under the Collateral Annex.
Security by Owner.
