SECURITY AND DISCHARGE. (a) The Obligations shall be secured by the Parent Guaranty and the Security Agreement. The execution and delivery of the Parent Guaranty and each of the Security Documents shall constitute a condition precedent to the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
