Common use of Security and Damages Clause in Contracts

Security and Damages. Responsibility to keep privately owned devices secure rests with the individual student. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School System, nor its staff or employees, is not liable for any device lost, damaged or stolen on campus and during transportation to and from school. If a device is lost, damaged or stolen, it should be reported to the administrative office and will be handled in the same manner as other personal artifacts that are impacted in a similar situation. The students will not be permitted to share devices with other students. All devices will remain locked in the student’s classroom unless it is being utilized during a specific class period.
