Common use of Security Agent’s Actions Clause in Contracts

Security Agent’s Actions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) and Clause 17.4 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion), the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Documents as it considers in its discretion to be appropriate.

Security Agent’s Actions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) and Clause 17.4 clause 24.3 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion), the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Finance Documents as it considers in its discretion to be appropriate.

Security Agent’s Actions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) and Clause 17.4 26.3 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion), the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Finance Documents as it considers in its discretion to be appropriate.

Security Agent’s Actions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 ‎11 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) and Clause 17.4 ‎18.5 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion), the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Documents as it considers in its good faith discretion to be appropriate (acting on the advice of counsel where appropriate), subject to the provisions of the Communications Law, the Communications Order and the Pledge Permit.

Security Agent’s Actions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) and Clause 17.4 clause 27.23 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion), Agent) the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Finance Documents as it considers in its discretion to be appropriate.

Security Agent’s Actions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) Section 13 and Clause 17.4 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion)Section 17.7, the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Documents as it considers in its discretion to be appropriate.

Security Agent’s Actions. ‌ Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 11 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) and Clause 17.4 19.4 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion), the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged toInstructions), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Documents Security Agent may act (or refrain from acting) as it considers in its discretion to be appropriate.

Security Agent’s Actions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) Section 10 and Clause 17.4 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion)Section 13.4, the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions directions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Documents as it considers in its discretion to be appropriate.

Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 (Enforcement paragraph 1.3 of Transaction Security) and Clause 17.4 this Schedule 13 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion), the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Finance Documents as it considers in its discretion to be appropriate.

Security Agent’s Actions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 12 16 (Enforcement of Transaction Security) and Clause 17.4 21.5 (Instructions to Security Agent and exercise of discretion), the Security Agent may (but shall not be obliged to), in the absence of any instructions to the contrary, take such action in the exercise of any of its powers and duties under the Secured Debt Documents as it considers in its good faith discretion to be appropriate.
