Common use of Security Additional Clause in Contracts

Security Additional. the security so created shall be in addition to, and shall not in any way prejudice or affect, and may be enforced by the Security Agent without prior recourse to, the security created by any of the other Security Documents or by any deposit of documents, or any guarantee, ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, note, mortgage or other security now or hereafter held by the Security Agent or any Secured Creditor or any right or remedy of the Security Agent or any Secured Creditor thereunder and shall not in any way be prejudiced or affected thereby or by the invalidity or unenforceability thereof, or by the Security Agent or any Secured Creditor releasing, modifying or refraining from perfecting or enforcing any of the same, or granting time or indulgence or compounding with any person liable;
