Security Additional. This Memorandum and the security hereby evidenced and created shall be in addition to and shall not be affected by any other mortgage charge pledge lien or other security or guarantee or indemnity which the Trustee or any Secured Creditor may at any time hold for any of the Secured Obligations. No other mortgage charge pledge lien or other security or guarantee or indemnity now or hereafter held by the Trustee or any Secured Creditor over the Secured Assets shall merge in the security created by this Memorandum.
