Security Accreditation Clause Samples
Security Accreditation. 3.1. The extent to which the security objectives are to be met, and the extent to which CIS Security measures are to be relied upon for the protection of NATO classified information and supporting system services and resources shall be determined during the process of establishing the security requirement. The security accreditation process shall determine that an adequate level of protection has been achieved, and is being maintained.
3.2. All CIS handling NATO classified information shall be subject to a security accreditation process, addressing the Security Objectives.
Security Accreditation. Upon request by the Trust, no more than once per year, the Transfer Agent shall provide the Trust with a copy of its appropriate audit report for systems of the Transfer Agent and the Transfer Agent personnel.
Security Accreditation. 9.1 The system access must meet Departmental Security Accreditation requirements.
Security Accreditation. 4.3.1 The Contractor’s system access must meet Departmental Security Accreditation requirements. Both the Authority Security Accreditation Team and the Departmental Security Accreditation will need to be involved in the discussions.
4.3.2 In addition the system must comply to the Data Protection Act, with an Authorised Officer being provided with unique logon details.
4.3.3 The Contractor shall ensure that the system has restricted access via DWP servers and/or restricted IP addresses. This will remove the risk of Authorised Officers potentially accessing via home computers through the internet.
Security Accreditation. Upon request by Adviser and/or Fund, no more than once per year, Subadviser shall provide Adviser and/or Fund, as applicable, with a copy of its current certified SOC 2 type 2 Audit Report for systems of Subadviser and Subadviser personnel (or comparable industry-standard successor report prepared by independent third-party auditor).
Security Accreditation. Upon request by the Fund, no more than once per year, the Transfer Agent shall provide the Fund with a copy of its appropriate audit report for systems of the Transfer Agent and the Transfer Agent personnel.
Security Accreditation. 4.1 I consent to the relevant external authorities undertaking a background check using the information I provide Wollongong 2022 and agree to provide the necessary consent and approvals as required by law to facilitate such checks and acknowledge that the results of any such checks may result in non-selection or termination of my volunteer services in the event I fail to satisfy any security checks. These background and security checks could include, but not limited to, identity verification, reference, driver licence record, police, criminal, child related work or activity checks.
Security Accreditation. 7.3.7.1 The successful bidder will be required to support the Security Assurance Coordinator (SAC) in their accreditation work.
7.3.7.2 All personnel are to hold or have the ability to hold SC clearance as a minimum, with those working routinely at SECRET expected to hold DV.
