The Warrant may be divided, upon request to the Company by the Holder, into a certificate or certificates representing the right to purchase the same aggregate number of Shares. Unless the context indicates otherwise, the term "Holder" shall include any transferee or transferee of the Warrant and the term "Warrant" shall include any and all warrants outstanding pursuant to this Agreement, including those evidenced by a certificate or certificates issued upon division, exchange, substitution or permitted transfer pursuant to this Agreement.
