Any Units granted hereunder, the Agreement, including this Appendix, the Plan and all other materials you may receive regarding your participation in the Plan or any Units granted hereunder do not constitute advertising or an offering of securities in Russia. The issuance of Shares under the Plan has not and will not be registered in Russia; therefore, Shares may not be offered or placed in public circulation in Russia. In no event will Shares acquired under the Plan be delivered to you in Russia; all Shares will be maintained on your behalf in the United States.
