Common use of Securing Approval Clause in Contracts

Securing Approval. The Licensee shall secure prior written approval from the Building Department of the Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any other governmental authority having jurisdiction, and shall comply with the Ontario Building Code, if applicable, to the construction and/or placement of any structure on the designated area. The Licensor reserves the right to demand that any structure constructed or placed on the designated area be removed by the Licensee within five (5) days’ written notice by the Licensor at the Licensee’s sole expense despite any approval having been granted for the placement of same.
