Secured Party's right Clause Samples

Secured Party's right to make good a default (a) If the Grantor breaches this agreement, the Secured Party may do everything it considers to be necessary or desirable to attempt to remedy the breach to the Secured Party's satisfaction. The Secured Party is not obliged to do so. (b) Clause 7.2(a) does not limit any other right the Secured Party has under this agreement or at law.
