Common use of Secured Party May Perform Clause in Contracts

Secured Party May Perform. If a Pledgor fails to perform any obligation contained in this Agreement, each Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such obligation, and the expenses of each Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Pledgor; provided that the Secured Parties shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of such Pledgor.

Secured Party May Perform. If a Pledgor fails to perform any obligation contained in this Agreement, each the Secured Party may itself perform, or cause performance of, such obligation, and the expenses of each the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Pledgor; provided that the Secured Parties Party shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of such Pledgorthe Pledgors.

If a the Pledgor fails to perform any covenant, obligation or agreement contained in this Agreementherein, each the Secured Party Party, at its option, may itself perform, or cause performance of, such obligationcovenant, obligation or agreement, and the expenses of each the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be included in the Obligations secured hereby and payable by such Pledgor; provided that the Secured Parties shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of such PledgorPledgor under Section 8.3.

Pledgor shall pay for the reasonable expenses of each the Secured Party incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by such Pledgor; provided that the Secured Parties shall not be required to perform or discharge any obligation of such Pledgorin accordance with Section 7.04.
