Secured Liabilities. Each obligation and liability whether: (a) present or future, actual, contingent or unliquidated; or (b) owed jointly or severally (or in any other capacity whatsoever), of the Pledgor to any Noteholder, the Trustee or the Collateral Agent under or in connection with each Finance Document is a Secured Liability.
