Secure System Development Lifecycle and Specification. Unless otherwise agreed to by OPWDD in writing, the contractor’s current version of the solution must function as specified in the associated SoW in an environment comprised solely of components including, but not limited to, operating system and database platform versions that are in an active support phase (e.g., no requirement to run on End-of-Life software, such as Windows 7, etc.).
