SECTION REQUIREMENTS. A. Items indicated to be removed and salvaged remain Owner's property. Carefully detach from existing construction, in a manner to prevent damage, and deliver to Owner ready for reuse. Include fasteners or brackets needed for reattachment elsewhere. B. Owner will occupy portions of building immediately adjacent to selective demolition area. Conduct selective demolition so Owner's operations will not be disrupted unless otherwise agreed upon with the Owner. C. It is not expected that hazardous materials will be encountered in the Work.
