Any reference to a particular article, section, paragraph or other subdivision of this Consulting Agreement and any reference to a schedule, exhibit or addendum by name number and/or letter will mean the appropriate schedule, exhibit or addendum attached to this Consulting Agreement and by such reference is incorporated into and made part of this Consulting Agreement.
