Section I: Credentials a. This Section is composed of a ▇▇▇▇▇ file jacket, certificate/license, transcript, and professional record. b. The current and valid certificate/license is to be attached to the inside of jacket under the employee’s name. c. Official and current transcript are to be clipped together and maintained inside jacket. All requests for salary adjustment based on training are to be clipped to top of transcript file.
