Section Definition. A Dependent Contractor (which, for the purpose herein, shall include Owner Operator) is the owner and/or purchaser of equipment supplied for the services pursuant to this Article, Appendix and the attached Letter of Understanding. The title to the equipment may be in the name of the Company or for registration and licensing purposes only and the Company has no financial interest other than as required by the Motor Carrier Act.

Section Definition.
