Common use of Section Corner Location & Reporting Clause in Contracts

Section Corner Location & Reporting. i. Research four (4) United States Public Land Survey System (USPLSS) corners (section corners). There are eleven (11) USPLSS corners required for this phase of the project. Seven (7) of these corners are currently within the current 175th Street and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road project and will be updated for this project. ii. Verify section corners; Reference per state statute. iii. Establish ground coordinates (Modified State Plane) based on Johnson County Control Network (NAD 83 ▇▇▇▇) on section corners. iv. Filing of section-corner ties with the appropriate county and state entities. v. Input section corner descriptions and values into HNTB-provided spreadsheet tables. vi. Quality control review of field data and table input by the KVE Professional Surveyor
