Section B. Time Limits. 42 43 If the grievant fails to file or appeal according to the time-lines set out herein, the grievance may not be 44 further pursued and will be resolved according to the last formal response. In the event the District or its 45 agents fail to meet a time-line, the grievant may proceed to the next step of the procedure. Section B. Time Limits. 1. Grievances may be withdrawn at any step of the Grievance Procedure without prejudice. Grievances not appealed within designated time limits will be treated as a withdrawn grievance.

  • Time Limits Since it is important that grievances be processed as rapidly as possible, the number of days indicated at each level should be considered as a maximum and every effort should be made to expedite the process. The time limits specified may, however, be extended by mutual agreement.
