Common use of Section and Exhibit References Clause in Contracts

Section and Exhibit References. All references in this Agreement to particular sections, articles, schedules or exhibits shall, unless expressly otherwise provided or unless the context otherwise requires, be deemed to refer to the specific sections or articles in this Agreement and the schedules or exhibits attached to this Agreement, which schedules and exhibits by such references are incorporated herein.
