Section 9.9.3. 32 Employees on layoff status shall file their addresses and telephone numbers, in writing, with 33 the personnel department of the District and shall thereafter promptly advise the District, in 34 writing, of any change of address or change in telephone number.

Section 9.9.3. If not FMLA eligible or after FMLA has been exhausted, an employee shall be granted 25 leave without pay up to a 12-week maximum for the purpose of caring for a terminally ill child under the 26 age of eighteen (18). 28 Section 9.9.3.1.
