Common use of Section 9.5.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.5.2. 21 The returning employee will be assigned to the same or comparable position occupied before 22 the leave of absence. Employees hired to fill positions of employees on leave of absence shall 23 be subject to all provisions of this Agreement. It shall be the responsibility of the employer to 24 inform replacement employees of these provisions.

Section 9.5.2. 21 15 The returning employee will be assigned to the same or comparable position occupied before 22 the leave of absenceabsence or 16 to a vacant position equivalent in duties and salary. Employees hired to fill positions of 17 employees on leave of absence will be hired for a specific period of time, during which they shall 23 18 be subject to all provisions of this Agreement. It shall be the responsibility of the employer to 24 19 inform replacement employees of these provisions.
