Section 9.1.6. Attendance Incentive. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School District recognizes the value and importance of an employee’s regular 4 recognize an employee’s exceptional attendance. PSE represented employees who are not 5 absent from work for any time and for any reason other than earned vacation time, immediate 6 family bereavement, district directed professional development activities and required jury duty 7 shall receive a monetary award twice per year. Those who qualify will receive an additional 8 day of pay equivalent to the average hours worked upon request on their February paycheck 9 (calculated in January). Those who qualify during the second half of the school year will be 10 rewarded on their July paycheck upon request (calculated in June).
