Common use of Section 8.7.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.7.1. Upon completion of the first (1st) year of service with the District, each two hundred twenty 13 (220) day employee shall be granted seven (7) workdays paid vacation per year. Upon 14 completion of the fifth (5th) year of service, each two hundred twenty (220) day employee shall 15 be granted one (1) paid vacation day for each year of service, to a maximum of fourteen (14) 16 days paid vacation per year. Notification requirements and operational needs of the District of 17 Section 8.7. shall apply.

Section 8.7.1. Upon completion of the first (1st) (1st) year of service with the District, each two hundred 41 twenty 13 (220) day employee shall be granted seven five (75) workdays paid vacation per year. Upon 14 42 completion of the fifth (5th) year of service, each two hundred twenty (220) day employee shall 15 43 be granted one (1) paid vacation day for each year of service, to a maximum of fourteen ten (1410) 16 days 44 paid vacation per year.
