Section 8.4.4. 37 Employees requesting maternity, paternity, or adoption leave and/or returning to work in 38 accordance with Section 8.4, shall submit a Leave Request Form or submit a letter to the District 39 as far in advance of the planned absence, or return to work, as practicable.
