Section 8.2.1.5 Clause Samples
Section 8.2.1.5. 12 All hours worked will be counted in the computation of vacation credit, and hours 13 worked up to forty (40) hours a week at premium rates shall be counted as straight-time 14 hours in such computation. For every regular work day from which an employee is 15 absent due to a holiday, or compensated leave, the hours of the employee's normal work 16 shift shall be credited as if worked.
Section 8.2.1.5. 46 For eight (8) years of service, the employee shall receive seventeen (17) days of paid 47 vacation.
Section 8.2.1.5. 26 Personnel who are laid off or on authorized leave of absence will, upon returning to 27 their former employment status with the District retain their former vacation time 28 eligibility. No vacation time credit will accrue during their layoff or leave of absence.
