Section 8.11.11.3 Clause Samples
Section 8.11.11.3. 9 Drivers wishing to decline an additional route/run shall indicate their intentions in 10 writing. The District shall attempt to accommodate the request, unless complying with 11 the request would place an undue hardship on the operation. Drivers shall be expected 12 to drive the route/run for not more than twenty (20) working days.
Section 8.11.11.3. 3 Regular assignment hours of a driver may be increased or decreased based on service 4 level demands upon the Department.
