Section 8. At the time the University sends a notice of promotion, re-ranking, decision on an application 6 for continuous appointment, denial of a sabbatical application, or assignment to a new job family to any 7 member of the bargaining unit, a copy of such notice shall be sent to the Association within fifteen (15) 8 days of the date the notice is sent to the member. The University will also provide notice to the 9 Association: (1) within fifteen (15) days of the establishment of a final professional development plan 10 following a post-tenure review determination that a tenured faculty member does not meet standards, and
